Tailor Master Cutter

We are looking for a talented and experienced Tailor, Master Cutter for a Private company in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Making garments (e.g. gowns, dresses, blouses, shirts, pants, skirts, andjackets):
- Marking patterns and designs or using pre-designed ones to cut the fabricinto the necessary shapes;
- being able to draft, drape, and translate designs from concept todelivery;
- being able to imagine how the end garment will look from thepattern design, andAltering and repairing garments:
- Fixing torn or damaged clothing, as well as adjusting clothes to better-fitcustomers; and
- ensure proper measurements, adjustments, and fittings.
- Working directly with customers:
- Discussing with customers regarding their desired specifications forclothes;
- giving customers recommendations regarding fabrics, colors, andstyles;
- showing customers samples of different fabrics and explaining thequalities of each one;
- taking measurements, andensuring alterations are done on time for when the customer returns.
- Defining technical specifications for the garments and beingknowledgeable about fabrics, patterns, shapes, and colors:
- Selecting and testing different fabrics;knowing about pattern-making and fittings, adapting and creatingpatterns as needed; andkeeping up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and techniques, aswell as finding the best quality fabrics.
- Using specialized equipment such as industrial sewing machines andirons.
- Organizing and maintaining fabrics, trims, and other materials.
- Preparing a budget based on time of work, costs of fabrics, and any specialmaterials necessary.

Job Requirements:

- 1 year of experience.

- Preferably female

- For Men & ladies' suits cutting.

- Any nationality is welcome.

- Good communication skills.

- Customer service attitude.

- Time-management skills.

- Can join immediately.

- Ability to work long hours.

- Can work under pressure.
