Strategy Contribution
Provide guidance and support for the effective cascading of the functional strategy into department business plans to
ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.

Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and share knowledge with the team members to support their overalldevelopment.
Promote the organizations values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value driveculture within the organization.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Lead the effective implementation of Business Development & Corporate Relations department policies, procedures and
controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilledwhile delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement
Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practicesconsidering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Ensure that all reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet our requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Job Specific Responsibilities will include
Drive top-line performance in line with business plan generated from current and new product and services
Prepare sales plan to create awareness and visibility among stakeholders at a national and international level
Monitor and track number of new listings and identify intervention to bring new listings across all products
Ensure creation of a database of customers under various categories
Ensure segmentation of the target customers by appropriate parameters
Analyse annual customer survey results and plan interventions to enhance quality of service provided by all our depts.
Supervise the process of organizing various events on a periodic basis targeted towards specific groups
Guide the team in ascertaining the eligibility of various customers to be invited for the seminars / conferences
Coordinate with the communication team to design the invites, posters and undertake any media planning
Ensure participation by sending timely invites to the targeted customers and follow-up with them on a regular basis
Guide the team to prepare proposals and presentations emphasizing the benefits of engaging with us and provideproduct education to all key customer groups
Make pitch presentations, conduct meetings and follow-up with targeted companies on a proactive and regular basis
Promote the designated exchange for listing of major IPOs as well as other small and medium scale companies
Undertake brand positioning as a well-regulated and transparent trading platform
Ensure timely update of the customers database
Drive issue resolution of key customers through internal teams
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent discipline
Must have 10 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the financial/customer service industry with minimum ofexperience in handlingsales and account management roles
3-4 years of experience in managing a sales team
