Specialty Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

• To maximize incremental income for the Dubai Festival City Mall and contribute in the achievement of business target through implementation of a competitive and innovative Specialty Leasing Programme directed at marketing, promoting and leasing of common mall and project area sites to external agencies , organizations, associations or individual operators.
• To develop senior level network of retailers, exhibitors, media and sponsorship partners and to develop strong working relationships that support growth of the Specialty Leasing function and Financial performance.
• To provide Strategic Direction to the team members, through clear team and individual objectives and clear definition of roles and responsibilities.
• To drive performance capabilities of the team through training, coaching, and mentoring with appropriate and timely feedback or performance appraisals as appropriate.
• To create opportunities for team development, through formalized development plans, in house or external training, succession planning.
