Job Description
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a growing company in the interior furnishing industry based in Dubai, UAE. Our client Is looking for an energetic sales manager who be in charge of managing organizational salesby developing business plans and meeting planned goals. Other responsibilities are
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
-Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
-Generating enquiries and furnishing quotation, samples etc for approval.
- Overlooking the project execution and handover.
- Meeting clients taking the lead to negotiation and closure.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Requirements
-Should have sales experience of at least 5 years in drapery, curtains and blinds
-Bachelor s degree in business or related field.
-Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
-Experience in customer relationship management.
-Experience managing and directing a sales team.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
