– To prepare commercial proposal’s (quotations/tenders etc.) in line with customer deadlines or within an agreed timeframe.
– To actively follow up quotations to determine the status of company’s proposals and convert opportunities to orders.
– To contract review orders received and communicate contractual requirements to the manufacturing division.
– Track orders from placement through delivery including shipping.
– Track orders, handle delivery delays, coordinate with MBU’s Product Expeditors, Logistics, Customer Service Advisors, 3rd Party Suppliers and ensure all orders have been shipped out.
– Be able to use CRM and/or ERP systems effectively and in line with company procedures.
– Maintain open order reporting on weekly basis.
2) As a Document Controller
– Coordinate with all project related personnel (internal and external) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project. Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
– File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
– Support Vendor registration with prospective accounts.
– Maintain Vendor’s portals and accounts.
– Prepare and maintain technical documentation: Quality & Technical Dossier, Material Submittal, Prequalification documentation, Project documentation etc
