Handle the front office reception area in a friendly and professional manner by greeting customers, visitors/ guests and staff.
Deal with all queries face to face and thorugh telephone by supplying the necessary information/ resolution.
Ensure a welcoming and warm atmosphere is maintained at all times.
Front office/ Reception area:
Monitor visitor access.
Assist visitors to find the direction to the relevant person or department.
Anticipate and address needs in a timely manner.
Receive and sort out mail, parcels and any deliveries.
Distribute parcels and track and verify invoices.
Office Administration:
Provide general administrative support (e.g. preparing documents/filing/ scanning/photocopy).
Keep information up to date (telephone numbers & other relevant information)
Book meeting and conference rooms as requested.
Customer Service:
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Stay calm, patient and polite when engaging with visitors and staff.
Use clear and professional language and appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Other:
Keep the reception area neat and tidy at all times
Monitor and maintain office equipment.
Adhere to all company policies and etiquette.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school
Preferred:
Secretarial/ Admin certificate/ diploma
Experience Desired:
- Minimum 6 months to one year experience in a similar job.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Excellent customer service mindset and attitude.
- Excellent Telephone & PC Skills,Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, & Organization skills.
