Customer Relation Duties in Showroom and Outdoor Sales
Welcomes customers by greeting and assisting them.
Directs customers by escorting them to the counters and suggesting items.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Helps customers make selections by building customer confidence byoffering suggestions and opinions.
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Follow up and Follow through on all the complaints of customers
Follow up on inquiries from existing and new customers
Handle the channel network such that our products are available at consumption points at all times.
Generate secondary sales - techno commercial discussion at sub-dealers, traders, and end users
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Search for and develop new customers within existing customer segments
Create Minutes of Meetings for the clients and the customers.
Get Feedback on the products from the customers and the clients
Provide management with information regarding the market (customer and competitor activity, potential risks and chances for the business ).
Prepare adaily report to the Management.
Content creator for product marketing and sales on the website, social media, and visual advertisements.
Skills
Proven experience in building effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value proposition
Networking with large contractors, Builders, and Developers.
Have experience in working to tight deadlines
Have excellent organizational skills

Have excellent communication skills
Minimum Requirement
Minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing in sanitaryware
Languages both written and oral Arabic & English
Professional in Microsoft Office Skills
UAE Experience is an advantage
UAE Driving License
