IT Security Engineer for UAE

VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Security Engineer for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Responsibility: 1.Talented and enthusiastic individual to join the IT Security Operations Team 2. Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on leading SIEM tools such as LogRhythm, QRadar, Securonix etc., and integration with security products for use cases development. 3. Very good technical expertise in monitoring the SIEM in order to detect and identify cybersecurity relatedincidents. 4. Skilled administrator on leading email security toolsets such as Mimecast and next generation SOC toolssuch as EDR (Crowdstrike), Antimalware (TrendMicro) 5. Adept in following concepts such as attack surface management, Security incident response process andprocedures while mitigating and remediating threats 6. Daily duties will include reviewing malicious email and network files, extracting Indicators of Compromise,and using the resulting data to create rules to block and detect similar activity in the future. 7. Strong Knowledge of security concepts, latest threats and vulnerabilities. 8. Manage SOC related operational activities such as security incident management, incident response andremediation of security incidents as per the SLA and OLAs 9. Use incident, event, problem, configuration, change and release management practices to report, track,implement solutions, and resolve security related issues. 10. Help analyze possible vulnerability; and must also be aware of any unusual activity and react swiftly toprevent or mitigate breaches.
