Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading Special projects (worth above $300k) under Strategic Risk Consulting in KSA with a focus
on GRC, ERM and Business Resilience
Lead and deliver GRC / Risk Management consulting teams in analysis, scoping, planning and
executing projects to provide the clients with high quality and timely project deliverables
Support Vision through Operational Excellence and High Client Retention
Developing and tailoring Strategic Risk Consulting offerings to clients
Developing business, drafting RFP responses, visiting client & prospects to promote risk consulting
services.
Achieve the dedicated Sales Target Revenue for Strategic Risk Consulting Special Projects with
focus on GRC in KSA
Raise revenue and project profitability through streamlining project delivery processes.
Enable client success through putting client interests ahead and assisting clients overcome their
challenges and realize new opportunities.
Maintain a sales pipeline based on the GRC sales strategies & objectives
Deep Risk Management expertise is required to fulfil the duties of the role
Under project responsibilities, determining client s risk tolerance levels, developing client-tailored risk probability and impact scales, identifying and assessing inherent and residual risks, effectiveness and adequacy of existing controls from perspectives of both design and
implementation, action planning to improve risk control environment and operational performance, constructing risk management framework including reporting structure, policies,procedures, processes and risk management organization.
Through the execution of projects, undertaking data collection, data processing, facilitating
awareness training and workshops, interviews with clients representatives such as senior
management, writing and presenting reports, assessing the current state of the clients risk
management practices and developing roadmaps regarding improvement areas.
Conducting market, trend and competition analysis, supporting team in developing new risk
management solutions,
Good understanding of the clients needs and requirements and accordingly developing client-
tailored solutions
Support in building and maintaining client relationships

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:

University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Business
Administration, Economics or related fields,
12+ years experience in strategy and risk consulting, preferably on enterprise risk management,
internal control structuring ,business resilience
Fluent in both written and spoken English, preferably Arabic as well
Strong analytical thinking ability,
Effective team builder through professionalism, teamwork and work dedication
Ability to research and assess critical data and information to provide the best risk management
solutions
Must be able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure,
Detail oriented,
Excellent communication, presentation and training skills,
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships,
Completed military service, for male candidates,
Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented,
Having professional certificates with regard to risk management, audit or internal control (such as CRM, FRM, CIA, CFSA, CICA) is a plus,
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Ability to design elaborate and optimal processes, models and frameworks for business and risk
information systems
The role is based in KSA or candidate is willing to travel to KSA on regular basis
