Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Public Relationin Dubai.
Our Customer is an Electrical Vehicle manufacturer developing in UAE a new brand of passenger car focused on passenger comfort. The cars will be produced locally in UAE.
Role:
- Organize and manage marketing events for company promotion (factory visits, receptions )
- Take care of customers / investors special needs during their visit (travel, hotel, transportation, food, excursions...).
- Manage suppliers before, during and after the events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor s in communication, marketing
- Excellent level of English, Arabic is a plus
- Very organized and professional behavior
- Problem solver
- Confidentiality and discretion are a must
- Hard worker, adaptable, flexible time
- Need UAE Driving license
