To oversee Customer Service and Development for the African Market. The Sales Assistant will work under direction of the Africa Department Manager with a multinational team based in Shenzhen and in the Congo DRC. He / She will oversee customer service and offers, in collaboration with the sourcing department, and will also work in a sales development with the Africa Department Manager and the general manager of the company

Customer Service

Follow operations and logistics of existing customer orders with relevant department (sourcing, logistics, inspection, accounting etc.), to the focal point for customer service communication and follow up.

For new order or requests follow up on sourcing done by colleagues and coordinate proposal details to prepare professional offers under the supervision of the Africa Department Manager.

Communicate all customer request details to the sourcing department and coordinate all the communication between customer and factory regarding product details.

Sales Development

Execute mailing or other prospective action on selected market segments suggested by the Africa Department Manager

Participate in events / fairs online and offline to develop customer base in Africa

Collaborate with the Africa Department Marketing Officer to manage and update the website, LinkedIn or other social media company accounts.

Young ambitious person willing to learn and grow with the company

Should be hardworking, ablet to complete jobs independently within a small team

Outgoing personality capable of quickly understand instructions and good customer service

Language skills: good command of English, Mandaring fluent, French notions or more would be an asset

Software: Office suite, outlook, excel, word and ppt

Two years or more experience in sourcing / export sales of equipment preferably in Africa or middle eastern markets.

Experience in online marketing and sales on social media or sourcing websites
