• Assist in the provision of a total facilities management package for retained assets, Sales & Experience Centre and the Project office.
• Provide support and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, statutory and legal requirements for all assets
• Promptly escalate any incidents or accidents to the Senior Manager, Operations
• Perform daily facility inspections to ensure planned maintenance is carried out and report on conditions affecting operations
• Record, log and report on any property defects that is discovered whilst conducting daily duties
• Manage the performance of service providers carrying out planned maintenance, reactive works and variable tasks
• Ensure that planned soft services like pest control, cleaning, waste management and landscape maintenance are carried out as per approved planner.
• Participate in First Aid activities if assigned
• Participate in Fire Marshal activities if assigned
• Participate in the projects and assets taking over process, DLP management and documents taking over.
• Good knowledge in following areas
