• Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware / software concepts
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• To provide both Guests and Colleagues with the best possible IT Support within assigned functional area (Helpdesk, Operations, Networks).
• Monitors the performance of Networks, Servers, Workstations and peripherals and informs the Functional IT Manager of any abnormalities
• Maintains an updated IT knowledge to enable continuous improvement to the services offered to users
