Job Description
? Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
? Receiving, storing and issuing supplies and equipment for the day to day restaurant operations
? Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc
? Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specification
? Keping inventory and stock records, as well as compiling records of expenditures/consumptions periodically
