Scope of Work Data Integration Specialist

These services are required to support the goals of business and operations transformation, and end-to-end delivery of data integration activities.

• Responsible for ETL, data mapping, and data integration documentation including documentation of business processes and how data is stored.
  
• Create and maintain data integration maps to ensure compliance to business and technical requirements.
  
• Receive and understand business requirements and create data mapping specification(s)
  
• Prepare and maintain test data, develop and test maps, and verify results
  
• Implement data integration maps that meet specifications and timelines
  
• Analyze the data exchanged with any partners
  
• Monitor and process Inbound and Outbound data files leveraging available tools and reporting.
  
• Record and permanently resolve errors in data integration processes
  
• Address issues as they surface while communicating with all parties impacted
  
• Perform system configuration, troubleshoot and resolve Data integration and mapping software problems.
  
• Work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment.
  
• Monitor daily feed runs to ensure all feeds are running successfully.
  
• Contact vendors to resolve feed failures and reprocess data upon resolution
  
• Ability to problem solve complex data management and application configuration issues
  
• Work with third parties to define and build data imports & exports
  
• Share knowledge with team members and develop customer solutions efficiently.
  
• Work effectively and manage ticket queue with minimal supervision.
  
• Ensure Data Quality and Data Integrity is maintained.
  
• Facilitate proactive and timely communication between internal and external stakeholders
  
• Maintain dashboard of integration status
  
• Proactively work with other internal departments to document and track upcoming integrations
  
• Participate as a key member of the core implementation team charged with successfully implementing and supporting data integrations by serving as a lead subject matter expert
  
• Serve as main point of contact and application subject matter expert for the client during the integration process
  
• Assesses, interprets, and analyzes data requirements and facilitates the management of end user expectations
  
• Coordinate with technology vendor and testing team to validate and test all integrations
  
• Manages relationships with external vendors to streamline the implementation process
  
• Manage & prioritize multiple projects and support tickets simultaneously.
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree Holders: 4+ years of experience with SQl, ETL
  
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, integrate data
  
• Strong experience with Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Catalog tools from Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data lake, Azure Data Bricks
  
• Proven pro-active, self-starter with the ability to work both as an individual and within a team to resolve issues
  
• Strong experience in Data warehousing
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  
• Experience with reporting packages such as Power BI
