Associate Director

Responsibilities:

Interprets and synthesizes data, exercises professional skepticism to challenge data, and develop recommendations to support the client's objectives

Prepare workplan, budgets and timeline for engagements

Assist Partners/Directors in carrying out valuation engagements

Conduct industry research and understand drivers of growth within an industry/sector, identify relevant trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions

Review and analyzes historical trading, cash flow, and balance sheets to identify risks or price affecting considerations

Responsible for engagement management and risk management

Coach junior staff in technical valuations skills, industry knowledge and soft skills.

Manage the preparation and delivery of proposals, in conjunction with inputs from other service lines where required

Assists and take part in various internal initiatives (digitization, industry specialization, value creation)

Ability to develop financial models for assessing key financial drivers for conducting valuations and sensitivities

Present valuation findings internally and externally to clients

Manage the billing and collection process.
