Responsibilities:
• Lead an HR team of 15 towards contribution of key business success as member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team
• Influence business drivers and strategies through effective partnership to ensure business objectives are surpassed
• Develop and execute HR strategies to support the long-term business and annual operating plan (AOP) objectives, including:
• Talent acquisition and retention
• Performance management
• Learning and skills development
• Compensation Planning
• Organizational development
• Organizational effectiveness
• Labour & Employee Relations
• Leadership Coaching
