Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage the advertisement process and prepare invitation letters, ensuring participation is limited to registered companies.
• Compile tendering documents by coordinating internally, with Business Units within DP World on their requirements
• Ensure all obligations are carried by vendors/suppliers/contractors out as per defined terms and conditions.
• To prepare tender documents and relevant documents by effectively coordinating with DP World departments.
