• Manage annual account volume and wallet share to ensure sustainable growth year on year.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals involving all parts of the organization (bid management, solution architects, finance, legal etc.)
• Maintains strong professional relationships with key decision makers/influencers.
• Develop key account plans identifying opportunities and strategies to capture them (including key stakeholders involved and actions needed for winning)
• Develop detailed understanding of the customer organization including key decision makers and influencers
• Identify opportunities to increase sales of digital services products along with core telecom products and describe the long and short term plans for achieving this
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key decision makers/influencers
• Manage all daily sales and service activities and interface with all related departments to ensure that his/her customers are well served.
• Strong sales acumen and proven record of handling key accounts and Tier -1 complex clients or group companies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze clients and market data such as financial and market data
• Great ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Understand competitor offerings, value propositions and key strengths. Develop plan to anticipate and respond to competitor actions.
