Job Description
- Assisting the Managers in creating plans to accomplish company and department goals.
- Assisting managers in reviewing customers or potential customers files for creditworthiness.
- Work alongside managers in scheduling, recruiting, training, and evaluating collections department employees.
- Guaranteeing 100% customer confidentiality and satisfaction in aneffort that all customers needs and inquiries are met.
- Enhances customers purchasing experience by providing excellent customer service.
- Evaluating the customer's needs then sending the loan applications and referrals to salespeople.
- Ensuring customer files include necessary documents for consideration of approving financed merchandise.
- Analyzing the data and summarizing the collector's performance using procedures generated by the corporate office and makes recommendations based upon analysis of data.
- Monitoring the delinquent accounts to encourage staff to achieve company standards of delinquency.
