Job Description
Work Location: Abu Dhabi with frequent offshore visit
Working Hours Abu Dhabi: 07:00 15:00 (5 days a week)
Offshore: 06:30 18:30 (1 hr. lunch break 7 days a week)
Accommodation: Single Status provided
Food: Subsidized food provided
Medical: Health Insurance provided
Salary: AED:12,000/pm consolidated
Leave: 30 days paid leave with air ticket after 150 days continue service.
Sponsorship: Under Agency sponsorship contract hire
Min Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering discipline / Health, Safety or Environmental Sciences or an equivalent qualification (Preferably Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical)
Possession of NEBOSH International General Certificate or Equivalent in Oil and GAS Qualifications.
Experience: More than 5 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar position in the HSE function, preferable in the oil & gas industry.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in executing HSEIAs and Safety studies associated with offshore operations/installations.

Job Specific Skills
Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas industries.
Good knowledge of all HSE Management system and ADNOC standards and local and international legislation.
Direct experience and proficiency with HSE Management Systems and HSE requisites such as Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Procedures.
Good knowledge in Drilling Operation activities, Drilling Emergencies, and Rig site specific safety plans.
Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW.
Good Knowledge about HSE Studies and their requirements Behavioural Competencies
Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team. Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.
Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections.
