Water Sports Coach

Opportunity to work with Dubais best water sports & youth development program, we are a Sea Rescue, and fitness lifestyle program, offering a diverse range of activities for children aged 5 21 years of age. Our exclusive program gives students the unique opportunity of participating in a range of sports, fitness, and lifestyle educational programs.
The Role & Requirements:
We are looking for self-driven & motivated sports coaches, preferably who have experience or a passion for working with kids. We like to hire coaches with a range of disciplines, fitness/skills/sports, including rugby, self-defense, nippers, football coaching, gymnastics, swimming, diving, and survival skills.
Training takes place on the beach during the week from 5:30-6:30 pm and on weekends from 7:30-8:30 am. we need organized individuals who are happy to learn and develop as we are always happy to invest in our coach's education and course development. A well-suited candidate would be focused on sharing and teaching life skills to students, this would in turn foster, athletic, academic, emotional, and social growth while having fun along the way!
The successful candidate for this role should have experience in working with children, well-seasoned land & water sports enthusiast. Excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Daily coaches schedules/classes briefing
X classes per day (possibility to do 2 or 3 per day)
Customer services (coach/kids/parents interaction) * Reporting cause for concern
Attend coaches training programs
Summer sports camps & activities
Support the mission and core values of the company * Support CSR & STG efforts
Identifying opportunities
Requirements:
English speaking
Experience dealing with and teaching/coaching children (ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT)
Water sports & activities knowledge
Willing to go the extra mile through our business scaling
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Strong work ethic
Meticulous attention to detail
Proactive nature

Package:
Salary of 6,000 to 8,000 AED (TBC based on candidates experience)
