JOB EVALUATOR - HC

Job purpose:

Initiate and execute the implementation of companys performance rewards exercise. Participate as a Company representative. In fact, studies pay levels and provide recommendations as appropriate. process employee performance rewards like salary adjustment and grade promotions. etc..

Requirements

1. To be a Job Evaluation Expert.
   
2. Certified HAY methodology.
   
3. Job Evaluation experience within Oil&Gas Industry.
   

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

8 years experience in HR functions with knowledge of Performance Management & Job Design with at least 4 years in Oil&Gas Industry.

Knowledge of Korn Ferry/ Hay Evaluation Methodology.

Ability to analyses and solve problems.

Certified Compensation & benefits Professional

CIPD level 3 is preferred.
