Requirements
- To be a Job Evaluation Expert.
- Certified HAY methodology.
- Job Evaluation experience within Oil&Gas Industry.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
8 years experience in HR functions with knowledge of Performance Management & Job Design with at least 4 years in Oil&Gas Industry.
Knowledge of Korn Ferry/ Hay Evaluation Methodology.
Ability to analyses and solve problems.
Certified Compensation & benefits Professional
CIPD level 3 is preferred.
