• Manage and oversee all aspects involved in running multiple restaurants, including food and beverage service, hiring and managing staff, operational tasks and inventory management, tracking metrics and KPI?s.
• Establish and improve standards, policies, and procedures
• Develop, innovate and execute creative food service aligned with company standards, policies, and procedures
• Oversee budget, P&L, forecasts, and projections, generate reports for Senior Management
• Oversee daily operations of all restaurants, screen and lead recruitment hiring for staff
• Manage social media posts for all restaurants and contact bloggers for marketing purposes
