You will be updated with latest job alerts via email• Order analysis and management per client, quota follow up with Business Demand Manager, push order and organize & manage products returns and destructions
• Build up and follow monthly Sell in forecasts (Outlook) along with Commercial Area Manager and alert if any risk of business loss
• Analyze and monitor retailer /client Warehouse stock cover to maintain stock cover target
• Supervise and follow up invoices payment, claims and credit notes and alert to Commercial Area Manager if needed
• Prepare the monthly novelties recap for order recommendation to follow by the client
• Work and build up along with Commercial Area Manager and Marketing team, novelties forecasts (FAST) & ensure a monthly follow up of Sell in vs forecasts (both on sales products and POSM)
• Update and share pricelist novelties as well as following closely with retailers the 3 axes assortment in line with Brand priorities and recommendations / update Guerlain order form
• Grey Market Monitoring: GMR implementation, monthly report from agent/retailers to be shared with HQ logistic Department and follow up
• Support the Commercial Area Manager in the expenses and budget follow up / participate to budget exercises / P&L monitoring
• A&P follow up to be in line with budget
• Expenses follow up: building a file and tracker to follow expenses vs budget and share any alert to Commercial Area Manager
• Prepare and follow up (with Retailer Supply team) the orders linked to Trade activities along with Commercial Area Manager
• Along with Merchandising team and retailer supply team, prepare the order linked to POSM, tester, etc. to ensure the perfect execution in store
• Monthly follow up and shipment of POSM, testers, Merchandising elements in line with Brand launches and priorities / to be organised in collaboration with Sales Supervisors
• Consolidate and follow up, on a monthly basis, Sell out performance by client to upload through PowerBi tool
• Monthly reporting to be done
• Regular contact with Sales force team (Sales Supervisors, Counter Manager, Training Manager) to support them in day-to-day business: uniform, allocation shipments, seminar preparation
