Team Leader

Responsibilities:
• To co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the team, providing effective communication, motivation.
• Ensure all customer service levels are achieved
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement in and out of airport.
• Manage and coordinate fleet availability at arrivals to meet required demand
• Deal with all cases of absence and late returns as per Company policy;
• Report all damaged materials and equipment (including vehicle) to the Superintendent;
• Ensure staff are correctly dressed and groomed to Transguard standard.
• Leading the team and supporting the client on-site as required
