• Communicating business goals, policies, and processes for the business segment.
• Solving problems and developing and executing objectives for self and others through managing by influence.
• Following and implementing all accounting/regulation activities related to inventory and planning activities.
• Monitoring KPIs to analyze and measure performance and propose improvements and action plans
• Establishing consistent improvement processes, driving short-term/long-term capacity planning, inventory, and production control requirements demonstrating strong integration with manufacturing/sourcing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Determining and apply appropriate optimization methodologies to balance service level, inventory, and cost
• Managing the materials planning and delivery team including employee training, development and career progression.
