Job Description
Key Activities
1. Support the provision of EFBs and supplemental data for flight
2. Maintain EFBs, mobile phones and supplementary hand outs to the required support level for Operations
3. Maintain the crew briefing area to a standard suitable for 24 hour efficient Operations
4. Audit stock and initiate repairs as required
5. Supply research data and reports to EFB Senior Officer and Senior Manager Flight Operations to aid defect resolution and optimisation of resources
6. Consolidate cabin crew notifications, alerts and briefing data
7. Consolidate flight crew notifications, alerts and briefing data
8. Prepare, validate and issue journey log and General Declarations for flight
