Responsibilities:
• Ensure clients are welcomed in warm, personalized and engaging manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty
• Actively recruit new prospects from Fashion and convert to Watches and Fine Jewellery clients
• Set up lasting and trustful relationships with clients trough attentive, proactive and personalized clienteling actions
• Advise, guide and help clients by providing information on our collections
• Handle aftersales cases with confidence, tact and discretion by providing suitable solutions
• Create a luxurious experience for every client entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services
• Ensure sales-related procedures are followed accurately
• Participate in daily operational tasks relative to the running of the boutique
• Check stock levels regularly, participate in inventory management including cycle counts
• Maintain the boutique according to current visual merchandising standards
• Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management
