Job Description

  • Identify potential clients, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new businesses in all product categories offered.
  • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth for your igned portfolio.
  • Elish and strengthen customer relationships with decision makers across functions and regions.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Complete sales application for customers, collect required legal papers, and submit orders by referring to price lists.
  • Maintain database of clients and growing new ones into strong account references.
  • Plan and organize daily activities and market visits in line with the number of customers and objectives to be achieved.
  • Implement the sales activities such as new launches and promotions in order to increase market share.
  • Monitor the customer’s inventory in order to prepare replenishment orders.
  • Ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
  • Ensure that invoices are being collected and paid on time.
  • Follow-up on the customer account statement to ensure that credit notes and other types of financial compensations are completed on time.
  • Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activities, and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
  • Regularly reporting your daily activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers’ product and service needs, competitive activities) to your line manager
