Visual Merchandising Manager Fashion

Responsibilities:
• Create synergies with the other departments and their activities.
• Organize and plan the work of the team, in line with the needs and schedule of the boutiques and collection launches.
• Plan and follow overall budgets for Fashion and WFJ, both VM and Window Decor.
• Evaluate and develop the skills of the team and ensure the integration of new employees.
• Oversee and work closely with CHANEL wholesale partners
• Manage the implementation of projects in the field: setting up collections, setting up activities and/or specific events, etc., making sure the VM standards are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with the VM guidelines, provided by the Image department
• Ensure that the collection’s spirit is reflected in the boutiques.
• Work in synergy with the boutique managers and merchandising team.
• Lead, inspire and motivate the Visual Merchandising & Décor Design team.
• Measure performance of the VM scenography & windows, through regular photo and feedback reports, in order to assess the performance of the VM displays, and to support VM analysis.
• Support in the buying of all the fashion boutiques.
