Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate harmoniously with the Learning Manager, Retail HR, Middle East & Paris Training teams, Boutique Management
• In close alignment with the Learning Manager / Middle East & India training team, coordinate and implement training sessions / materials
• Following up on action plans defined by the Learning Manager, using coaching as a business lever
• Prepare collection trainings, Client Experience training, briefings and other training
• Supporting a culture of coaching and feedback in the boutique
• Ensure teams have done pre work before attending training sessions
• Following up on the new starter process with new joiners
• Ensure organized and streamlined planning and communication with all collaborators
