Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Use MVPs and experiments to learn quickly and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Brand teams to understand core business opportunities and challenges to help influence the prioritization of the Product Backlog.
• Refine the Product Backlog based on Increment value, data, and feature usage to optimize value generation sprint on sprint.
• Communicate and foster alignment on the Home strategy, along with its progress, to all levels of leadership across the company.
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to ideate on innovative solutions that address both user and business problems and create powerful customer experiences.
• Communicate progress and key updates to stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to optimize the Home Squad’s Sprint Backlog, removing any impediments to progress along with the sprint.
• Own and define the Product Backlog prioritizing the highest value items based on data, customer insights, and efforts.
• Lead our Home Squad focusing on product, customer, and business improvements for our home brands.
