• Promoter management and proactive plan to increase the productivity
• Enhances the services & efficiency to meet the growing demands and provide customized solutions for sales and revenue to meet organization targets
• Analyze sales and business KPIs, and accordingly undertakes corrective actions to meet objectives
• Define and review process, procedures and guidelines for the partner management and monitors and supervise their implementation of strategies till last mile.
• Monitors, evaluates and highlights the products ongoing performance and quality of customer acquisitions, monitors and reviews key performance indicators
