Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive

Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary: 3500/4000 AED

Location: Dubai

Education: Graduate Any Specialization

Gender & Nationality-Any

Job Description:

OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for any queries and any communication between existing/potential customers, whist giving special attention to our key customer base.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Both written & spoken)

  • Prior experience in Customer Service

  • Prior experience in the Freight & Logistics field will be preferred

  • Possess a confident and articulate telephone manner

  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Knowledge on Advance Microsoft Excel is preferred

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with through open and interactive communication with existing/potential customers

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within acceptable time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Effective monitoring of shipments

  • Maintain and provide various reports as required
