Job Description:
OVERVIEW: The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for any queries and any communication between existing/potential customers, whist giving special attention to our key customer base.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communication skills in English (Both written & spoken)
Prior experience in Customer Service
Prior experience in the Freight & Logistics field will be preferred
Possess a confident and articulate telephone manner
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Knowledge on Advance Microsoft Excel is preferred
Strong team player with a positive attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build sustainable relationships of trust with through open and interactive communication with existing/potential customers
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within acceptable time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Effective monitoring of shipments
Maintain and provide various reports as required
