Operational Resilience

Responsibilities:
• Be ready to respond in the role of Crisis Coordinator if there is a live crisis.
• Approximately 40% of role spent designing and delivering crisis management and emergency response training and exercising.
• Work with key Group stakeholders like Group People, Group Communications and Group Technology teams to ensure full coordination of resilience methodologies, principles and ways-of-working.
• Support the delivery of a best-in-class operational resilience function including hands-on responsibility for delivery of projects to develop and deliver effective Group-wide incident-to-crisis response and business continuity frameworks.
• Support the delivery of resilience projects, including implementation of a Group-wide mass notification tool and incident response tool.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
