Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards.
Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
Record and communicate training results to concerned departments.
Mentor Trainees where requested
Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyse training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules
Trade test new employees up to the required standards.
Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards.
