Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to all interested parties up to DDWD/ TTM standards.
- Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
- Record and communicate training results to concerned departments.
- Mentor Trainees where requested
- Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyse training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules
- Trade test new employees up to the required standards.
- Assess and evaluate training in accordance with module and department standards.
