• Deliver reports for management and key stakeholders
• Develop and manage the governance model that will allow for high standards of experience delivered by partners
• Plan and create scope, deliverables, stakeholders, timelines and priorities for new initiatives
• Work closely with product / design teams, support with delivering business targets and growth
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within Careem
• Deliver the methodology to assess and evaluate partner success
• Oversee multiple cross-functional project teams
• Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, drive issues to resolution
