Operations Manager

- Responsible for procuring bikes from different countries
- Responsible for local sales and staff and store management
- Responsible for the overall management of a business by ensuring that both the operational and commercial sides run smoothly
- Monitor inventory and manage retail operations of bike shop including servicing and maintenance
- Oversee daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals
- Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analysing variances
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts
- Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion, and authorizing clearance sales
- Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances Requirements
