Job Description
Reponsibilities:
• Manages and supervises all travel – delivering cost-effective travel solutions
• Running the private jets supervising charters with aircraft company
• Liaising with third party company for aircraft employees
• Managing smooth operation for travel activities
• Overseeing flight schedules, meets & greets for arrivals and departures
• Oversee aircraft maintenance
• Coordinate and forecast budgets for aircraft operations
• Update vendor CRM
• Arranges hotel reservations, commercial flights and ground transport
• Creates travel itineraries offering 5* service at all times
