A certified counselling qualification such as a degree in Psychology with exceptional subject knowledge;
• Have an outstanding understanding of child protection and safeguarding;
• Have an exceptional knowledge of student emotional development and wellbeing;
• Have proven communication abilities coupled with efficient competencies in the area of student development;
• Be resilient and positive in outlook.
