• Comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including all departments, services and outlets
• Provide assistance and information to all guests
• Build a rapport with all in-house guests, ensure guests are recognized and obtain specific individual preferences (likes/dislikes) in order to maintain guest history and a high level of communication within the department
• Maintain privacy and security of in-house guests and be continually proactive in all areas of operation
• Prepare and check-in arrival rooms, in-house guests and departure rooms
• Thoroughknowledgeof all in-room services, amenities, functions, systems, as well On-Q system
• Fully responsible for the Amenities order and amenities delivery to the rooms on daily basis
• Coordinate laundry and pressing - collection and delivery
• Offer packing and unpacking services as requested
• Deliver and place the evening amenitiesin the room
• Support and assist Senior Management and perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management
