• Providing ERP support and end-user training
• Develop reports on ERP for business needs
• Performing rigorous documentation of ERP processes and presenting progress reports
• Designing solutions for the gaps identified
• Ensuring compliance in industry regulations
• Keeping abreast of the latest ERP offerings, updates, and developments
• Developing and configuring ERP environment
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimise performance
• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
