A- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
B- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
C- Take guests’ cake orders and input orders in an appropriate point-of-sale system.
D- Tracking all orders, from passing to the kitchen till the safe delivery of the cake and following up on guest satisfaction.
E- Maintain departmental requested supplies properly stored and organized.
F- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
