What you will be doing:

- Provide a personalized service to all the guests, fully aware and following the hotel standards and procedures.

- Review and prepare next day's arrival reports for VIPs and those accorded special status, ensuring that these are highlighted to the management and necessary related functions are activated.

- To present the outlets and describe the hotel services to the guest and to promote the internal activities and events.

- Promote Accor Loyalty program to guests.

- To be most of the time in the guest area and to socialize with guests, playing a Public Relations role, in order to build strong and long-term relationships.

- Ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.

- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure. Maintain close contact with Airport Concierge for new arrivals and departures.

- Maintain and update guest history profiles through the Opera guest profile system

- Well aware of all the happenings in the hotel and with the latest administrative, organizational, operational or other changes and news.

- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action

- Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis

- Give courtesy calls and complete the daily call log as per established guidelines
