• To implement the hotel strategy across all operational departments.
• To provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the hotel, and to effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the hotel.
• To support and implement all corporate programs and guidelines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service scores/3rd party review sites.
• Maximizes profit through financial planning and analysis. Strong communication and listening skills.
• Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, food and beverage, revenue management and the rooms division.
