Technical Training Instructor

• Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches Employees should have technical know-how.
• Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Delivering All field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system and process trainings.
• Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
• Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.
• Conducting training for Drilling services, which includes experience in directional drilling, application engineering, well planning and drilling optimization.
• Having ownership for the materials being delivered and ensure its updated frequently.
• Keeping close contact with Drilling services central service delivery teams to get the latest information and knowledge about new tools, software and operations in general.

Job Requirements:
• Demonstrate organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrate good communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
• Have excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
