Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Building the Retail channel of the brand in the UAE region.
• Leading & Managing the retail team to achieve the company’s annual sales targets,
• Increasing the market share within the sector through strategic planning of the channel development
• Monitoring the performance of the key accounts v/s set targets and KPIs
• Managing the dealers within the country
• Executing the promotional campaigns & selling activities
• Ensuring promotional campaigns are effective and the displays are in line with the company’s standards
• Monitoring and analysing stock movement, sales margins, sell out data
• Developing & implementing reports to monitor sales & KPI performance & customer satisfaction
• Developing & training the team
