• To lead the Marketing function in the organisation
• To set the company mission, objectives, develop new markets & new channels, launch new products in existing & new markets
• To develop and implement the marketing plan for the region to increase brand awareness & image
• To set short term & long term market goals.
• To develop and manage the marketing budgets
• To monitor product performance in terms of sales, marketing & distribution and ensure successful product launches
• To build & implement creative & comprehensive Marketing, Communication & PR strategies across 4 distribution channels of projects, retail, wholesale and distribution
• To manage yearly activity plans focussing on Sell in/Sell out in all markets
• To monitor & measure ROI and its direct impact on sales
• To be responsible for the overall product price positioning
• To develop the digital marketing plans and drive the social media strategy
• To identify, evaluate and lead projects across the region, including as trade fairs, events, conferences
• To leverage the CRM system as a marketing tool to generate results, communicate with target & activate sell in/sell out on a regional scale
• To develop the marketing team across the region
